Email Alert on Dialer Start/Stop
Your dialer may be started automatically (using the auto-start-stop feature) or you may have asked your manager to do so manually. However, we find customers having to log in twice a day to ensure that the dialer has been started or stopped.

Archive Data: View Archived Data Offline
We are happy to announce a new feature "Archive Data".
In our dialer records older than a few months are archived to keep the database fast and responsive. To view archived records you had to ask for a separate archive server that had to be turned on before being able to view old call records. This process was not only time consuming but also expensive as you were charged separately for archive server hourly rent.

Server Report
Sometimes you want to track server start or stop, viz. start/stop time, ip and whether it was started / stopped automatically or manually. For this, so far you have had to visit our tech-desk or email us, which is quite inconvenient.

Auto Stop Dialer on Inactivity
You need to turn on the dialer to make calls. Usually you don't forget to turn it off, but sometimes you accidentally keep it on which costs you for the server rent.
So to save your pocket we came up with a new feature "Auto Stop Dialer on Inactivity". It auto stops the dialer if there are no calls, no agent activity on the dialer.

Even more capacities: 15 seater, 30 seater, 60 seater
We are pleased to announce availability of 15, 30 and 60 seat dialers in
single server configuration, in addition to the existing 5, 10, 20, 40 and 80
capacities. This allows you to add capacity in easier steps.
Servers can be combined together to create capacities up to 440 agents. Each of these dialers have 5 lines per agent.

New Capacities: Smaller, Medium, Larger!
We are pleased to announce availability of 5, 20 and 80 seat dialers in single server configuration, in addition to the existing 10 and 40 seat capacities. With this, we no longer recommend multi-server configuration for 80 seats and less.
Along with higher capacities, dialers commissioned or upgraded after this date have 5 lines per agent capacities.
